Our company and products are all designed in Los Angeles, CA.  We ship orders either within your country or overseas by mail service, depending on where you are located. After we process your order, we will hand it over to the shipping company and it will be completely handled by them. After arriving to your country or state, it will be handled by your local postal service.

We want you to be happy with your Vysta Finds purchase, no matter what! With that said, we have a 30 day return policy. If you decide you’re not satisfied, just send your purchase back to us along with your order number or receipt for a full refund.

Our shipping services remain open despite the COVID-19 outbreak and regulations. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, all shipping are expected to be delayed up to 15 days. We’re in touch with our carriers and they’ll notify us of any more disruptions. We also recommend you follow your local news for any regional disruptions.

We will send you the tracking number(s) of your order(s) to the email that you specified when placing your order(s). This email will also guide you how to track your package. Please note that the tracking information will be displayed 2-5 days after you receive that email.
